Brugge Dentelle

Brugge Dentelle may be the softest cheese in the Brugge range, but it steals the show on the cheese board. This cheese is as fine as Bruges lace. The name ‘Dentelle’ also refers to the traditional lace-making for which Bruges is renowned all over the world.

This little cheese has a slightly acidic aroma and a thin edible rind that envelops the soft creamy centre.

Spread it liberally on a chunk of sourdough bread and experience it yourself. Brugge Dentelle feels completely at home with a glass of fresh rosé or a traditional Prosecco.
