Hors d’oeuvres with Brugge Blomme

  • 125g flour
  • 125g butter
  • ½ litre stock
  • Salt and pepper
  • 100g Brugge Blomme with crust, finely sliced
  • 30 zakouskis

Make a roux using the butter, flour and stock, add the cheese and stir until the mixture is smooth.

Season with salt and pepper.

Fill the zakouskis with a piping bag and bake in the oven at 180°C until golden brown.
