Pizza with Brugge Prestige, Brugge d'Or, Brugge Blomme and Brugge Rodenbach

  • 3 tbsp tomato concentrate
  • 1 sheet of fresh pre-prepared pizza dough
  • 5g rocket
  • 50g Brugge Prestige
  • 50g Brugge d'Or
  • 50g Brugge Blomme
  • 50g Brugge Rodenbach
  • 150g tomatoes
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 1tbsp flour
  • Salt and pepper

Finely grate all the cheeses. Slice the cheeses that you cannot grate into small cubes.

Remove the skin and seeds from the tomatoes and cut into cubes.

Fold open the dough in a buttered and floured oven dish.

Spread the tomato concentrate on the dough and then add the fresh tomatoes and cheese.

Bake the pizza in a pre-heated oven (without hot air) at220°Cuntil the dough is crispy on the outside.

Serve with rocket.
