Take a good look in your fridge and use whatever you have.

  6. Put a slice of blomme cheese on top, some lettuce, baked liver and a slice of sour apple

  8. Put a slice of blomme cheese on top, a slice of cucumber, a piece of (soused) herring and some parsley
  9. Make circles of 4 to 5 cm diameter out of ciabatta bread, butter and roast under the grill.
  10. Put a slice of blomme cheese on top, some smoked eel, red onion rings and some pink pepper grains
  11. Make circles of 4 to 5cm diameter out of pumpkin seed bread, butter and roast under the grill.
  12. Put some blomme cheese on top, some tomato pieces, anchovy and a basil leaf
  13. Make circles of 4 to 5 cm diameter out of focaccia bread, butter and roast under the grill.
  14. A slice of blomme cheese on top, as well as some cooked ham and one caper
  15. Make circles of 4 to 5 cm diameter out of wholegrain bread, butter and roast under the grill.
  16. Put a slice of blomme cheese on top, 1 tbsp of marinated raw salmon, a few leafs of sorrel and cilantro
